Producer and Editor

Leah Dawson graduated from Howard University's Cathy Hughes School of Communication with a major in TV and Film and minor in Playwriting.

 Dawson's journey into the entertainment industry began with aspirations of being an actress. She entered Howard University as an acting major. She decided to change her major to Television and Film with a playwriting minor. She has a variety of creative interests including docu-series, wellness, social content ,and sports. She has developed her editing and producing skills through working with sports giants like NFL Films and MLB Network. Furthermore, she sharpened her documentary style editing skills in editing the PBS series DMV the Beat. Finally, she has experience running a fashion social media account called @fitcamHU on Tik Tok and Instagram. She will be a wonderful addition for a production team looking for a passionate and multi-faceted producer/editor.
